We can also provide cover for illness and emergencies. If your carer falls ill or has to go into hospital, we can quickly step in to help, providing vital care at short notice.

This means we can match a live-in or home care worker to you, or recommend one of Agincare’s care homes for a short break. And that way, we’re ready, should you need our help at short notice.
Rapid response
In an emergency our rapid response team can carry out an assessment within 24 hours of a request being made and place a care worker within as little as 48 hours.
As well as providing respite care to individuals, we also work with the public sector (local authorities and primary care trusts) to help people in hospital get home as soon as possible.
