Our annual Agincare Heroes Awards recognise and celebrate incredible team members nominated by you. The awards pay tribute to the incredible teams and colleagues nationwide who have demonstrated outstanding excellence.
After the incredible success of last year’s awards – where we celebrated our 2024 winners at an unforgettable ceremony with special guest Jane Townson, Chief Executive of the Homecare Association – we’re excited to announce that nominations are now closed for the Agincare Heroes Awards 2025, which will take place this September.
Thank you to everyone who nominated an Agincare colleague for an award. We’ve received more awards than ever before. These are being carefully reviewed by our expert judging panel, led once again by Agincare Founder and Chairman Derek Luckhurst and Chief Executive Raina Summerson.
Winners will be invited to a prestigious awards ceremony where we’ll come together to celebrate the heart and soul of Agincare – our people.

This award is named in remembrance of Agincare colleague Will Mitchell, who sadly passed away at a young age in 2022. Will was dedicated to care, and passionate about Agincare. Will was much-loved with an infectious personality, and an inspiration to those around him.

The Agincare Hero Medal is our elite award. The medal is awarded to an exclusive band of Agincare team members who have performed an incredible act of valour, gallantry, or devotion that is deserving of recognition and reward. This could be in the line of their care duties or outside of work, but captures the spirit, courage and values of the Agincare family.
