Our public sector partnerships are founded on understanding. As trusted partners with long standing relationships, we are well placed to support the health and care sector’s modern day demands and the people who rely upon those services.

With the number of people requiring urgent, short term and long term support, we are one of a select number of providers who are able to match this demand and evolution with high quality services.

Our block contracts and tailored care solutions enable you to secure home care that is available whenever needed. Our contracts provide significant benefits to commissioners including, timely, predictable and flexible services, low transaction costs, and guaranteed bed spaces for people in times of increased pressure. We hold contracts with many local authorities across England, providing a reliable and financially viable service that can be tailored to meet your budgetary constraints.

We are working with over 40 local authorities and NHS partners nationwide to reduce that pressure. Across our 28 CQC registered offices, we hold over 75 public sector contracts with the vast majority being for home care provision.

Agincare is a preferred provider for many local authorities, including Medway, Worcestershire, Dorset and West Sussex, and we have long standing relationships with many local authority and NHS groups across the country.

At Agincare, we bring a holistic approach to care to all of our partnerships. Our home care services have a proven track record of helping to prevent, reduce, or delay the need for long term care and support for individuals.

Our range of home care solutions are giving partners across England the options they need to reduce pressure on their care provision while maintaining high-quality, person centred care.

We work with healthcare practitioners, such as Nurses, Occupational Therapists and GPs, as well as community resources and groups, to support people to regain independence. This is just one of the reasons why we have relationships with local authorities spanning more than 30 years. We have contracts to provide home care services, hospital discharge/avoidance services, carer respite services, night time sitting services, reablement specific contracts and home care in prisons.

Person centred home care

Our live-in care services are supporting NHS and local authority partners across the country to reduce admissions into care homes and enable people to get back to living in their own home.

Our home care partnerships are centred around supporting people to receive the care they need at home. Our strengths-based approach to delivery of care enables people to regain or maintain skills and self-care abilities, which helps to prevent, reduce or delay the need for long term care and support.

We work with people, rather than for them, encouraging their independence. Goals within their care plans are focussed on what they want to achieve and how best they can achieve this themselves. We also utilise assistive technology to assist in various aspects of the individuals care such as alarms for baths, ovens and gas, medication reminders and communication tools which are all designed to support them to regain independence and continue living at home.
