Is funding available to help with care home costs?

Funding may be available from your local authority. They will carry out a needs assessment and financial assessment to determine whether they can contribute to the cost of residential care.

Are your care homes safe?

We understand that families have real concerns over the safety of residents at this time and would like to provide reassurance that we are doing everything in our power to minimise COVID risks in our care homes.

Are visitors allowed at your care homes?

Our visiting policy is based on a strict protocol and risk assessment that take into account the individual circumstances of each home.

We are supporting the Visiting Call to Action campaign for a more flexible and enabled approach to care home visiting.

Please call us on 0808 256 6038 to discuss how we can help with the care of a loved one.
