Following strong demand from attendees to Injury to Independence South in May, this event is returning on the 8th September, bringing the conversation to London and creating an opportunity for an even wider network of professionals to explore the challenges and opportunities within complex injury support.
This event brings together professional and lived experience to explore the complex injury journey, from early decisions through to long term community support, with perspectives from across the pathway. The session will focus on key stages, challenges at transition points and how better coordination, communication and discharge planning can keep the client and family at the centre of decisions.

We are delighted to be hosting an opening event to celebrate The Croft Care Home, The Chestnuts Care Home, Swan House Care Home and Hazlemere Lodge Care Home becoming part of the Agincare Group. This special occasion will bring together residents, their next of kin, team members, representatives from Buckinghamshire Council and local neighbours as we introduce ourselves and celebrate the beginning of this exciting new chapter.
Guests will enjoy a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, delicious food, entertainment and the opportunity to meet the team, learn more about Agincare and our commitment to delivering high-quality care and support across Buckinghamshire. We look forward to welcoming the local community and building strong relationships for the future.
