When it had got to the stage where my mum needed full time care, we decided that she would be better off in her own home with a live-in carer. I set about contacting a few care agencies but was most impressed by the representative of Agincare. She and I included my mum in the conversation and when I decided to go with Agincare, they sent me the profiles of two carers. My mum has been looked after well and Agincare have done their best to find carers to cover when her permanent carer has a holiday.

All the carers that come in to do my mother in laws care are very respectful, polite, and all of them treat my mother in law with the respect and dignity that she deserves and also talks to the family and it is nice to be able to have a laugh. If you have a problem they will sort it out with no hesitation and all the office staff are very easily approachable to talk to. Highly recommend this agency to any of my friends family who needs care and support.

Moving a family member in to a Care Home is a worrying time – what if we choose the wrong place? In the 2 years she’s been a resident, that question has never crossed our minds, and it’s a even better Home since Lee became the manager, with an excellent locally based senior team. It’s a clean and friendly place with very attentive staff, always popping their head in to offer a cup of tea or a few minutes chat. It’s well run and the team seem to enjoy working there, with very few changes over the years or agency staff, which is reassuring for the residents.
