Our integrated pathway of services includes day support, community outreach, respite and supported living.
As part of Agincare, a well-established support provider, we’re able to draw on experience built up across a range of services over more than 30 years.
What do you want to achieve in your life? What’s important to you, and what’s important for you?
We can support you with:
We’ll support you to have greater choice and control over your life.
You’ll have the space, support and control you need to develop your skills, work towards your goals, and be as independent as you can.
Depending on your needs, likes and aspirations, we can support you with:
Communication is at the heart of our work. We use assistive technology to support people to develop their ability to communicate. For example, an innovative tool called Proloquo2Go on an iPad supports people to make choices around the care and support they receive and the activities they want to be involved in.
Enable locality manager, Leanne Stockwell:
What do I like most about my job? I take pride in seeing the difference that we’re making to the people we support – the improvement and the joy and happiness our service users get from their sense of achievement.
Your specialist support worker(s) will spend time getting to know you. They’ll understand how you view your surroundings, what’s important to you and how you engage with the world.
Our ongoing training programme ensures our staff can deliver the best-quality care and support:
We also encourage our support workers to gain their Level 2 and 3 Diplomas.
Our Napier Day Service in Rochester has a positive track record of supporting people aged 16+ with a learning disability to learn new skills and be part of their community.
We offer an inclusive, safe and engaging environment and welcome people to the Day Service weekdays, evenings and weekends. Transport can be provided, subject to availability.
The facilities in our specifically-adapted building include a Snoezelen sensory room, accessible bathrooms and a sensory garden. There are ceiling track hoists throughout the building.
Our on-site kitchen team is experienced in producing specialist and texture-modified diets.
Senior Service Manager for Napier Day Service and Respite, Janet Clayton:
Days are led by what our service users want to do. There is always a wide range of activities on offer, including accessing the community.
In addition to our Day Service, Napier Respite provides respite accommodation seven days a week, 365 days a year.
For people interested in coming to Respite or Day Service, we offer introductory visits when they can come and have something to eat, meet the team and have a look round.
We have extensive experience supporting people with complex presentations. Our outcome-based services provide the best-quality support, as well as offering the best-value commissioning options for local authorities and clinical commissioning groups.
We are developing our services and working in partnership across the UK. Talk to us about your local commissioning priorities.
