We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead our growing supported living services across the East Midlands. With seven established services currently operating across Staffordshire and Leicestershire, this is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio that supports adults to live independently within their own homes and communities.
Our services support people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and mobility-related support requirements. As Registered Manager, you will provide leadership across all locations, working closely with a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
This is a particularly exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and develop the region. We are currently progressing a split of our CQC registration and are invested in strengthening our management structure to support future expansion. This role is based from our existing office in Leicester.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, shape the future of the service, and play a key role in driving growth, quality, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
As the Registered Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind safe, effective, and caring environments across your services within the Staffordshire and Leicestershire region. You will lead by example, champion best practice, and ensure all homes meet both our high internal standards and all regulatory requirements.
First stage interviews to be held via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 27th October 2026.
