Agincare International

We welcome you!
We hire globally, because care is universal.

As many clients, care workers and support staff have already discovered, our sector is suffering an acute shortage of qualified people to work in care.

For us, being committed to sustainable growth means understanding that skill and compassion are universal qualities – and that we are stronger together.

We have always been proud to recruit globally. This is why Agincare International Ltd. is part of our solution.

Reopening our doors

An initiative fronted by Dan Steadman as Lead Director, and Joju Thomas, Operations Director, Agincare International represents our dedication to global recruitment, and sponsorship through the new Health and Care Worker visa. With our streamlined recruitment efforts, we can ensure that the right people with the right qualifications can get the right jobs.

It’s with great excitement that we can announce we are reopening our doors to international applicants! We welcome all international applicants with suitable qualifications and experience in Health & Social Care. To find out if your qualifications are comparable within the UK framework.

How it works

  • Applicants will need to be eligible for a Health and Care Worker visa, as stipulated by the point-based system of immigration by UKVI.
  • Ideally, you have to be a trained nurse in your own country, and fluent in English with a qualification to prove it.
  • The Home Office scrutinises each visa application, and once the application is made, it is only approved if you are assessed as suitable for a visa.
  • If you are already on any visa in the UK (except for Visitor visa) – you can apply as long as you have a suitable qualification in a relevant field, as described above.
