Our talented team at the Poole home care service have excelled themselves after being rated as ‘Good’ in all key areas following a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The inspection saw the service rated ‘Good’ inspected in three key areas: Safe, Caring and Well-led, as the two remaining key areas: Responsive and Effective were already rated ‘Good’ from a previous inspection.
The safety, happiness and well-being of its service users is always the number one priority for our Poole team. The findings of the CQC report only reinforced the message: stating that servicer users felt safe – treated with dignity and kindness by trained team members.
The CQC report observed how proud the Agincare Poole team are to work in field of health and social care, fulfilling an important, life-changing role in their community.

Craig Paget, Registered Manager of Poole home care service said:
“Myself and the team are so pleased to have achieved a ‘Good’ CQC rating.
“The team have worked hard to build strong, personal relationships with our service users.
“Regular meetings and feedback sessions have helped improve the care we deliver, ensuring that a positive, people-first approach is always at the heart of what we do.
“We have also established a strong relationship with the local authority and with external health professionals, which helps us to establish our vital position in the Poole community”.
The Agincare Poole home care service is an essential lifeline that that gives older people greater independence to live in their own homes for as long as possible. The home care service delivers personal care as well as assistance with routine day-to-day tasks such as making sure medication is taken, helping with shopping and other household chores.
