I would like to start by praising all the staff for their continuing care for my mother. I can’t praise them enough for their professionalism towards myself and my mum. She has settled in so well and thinks she is at home. She has her hair and nails done regularly. Mum loves the food . The standard of the residential home is clean, tidy, warm and full of laughter and entertainment. Management and staff are all approachable. They listen to you if a problem arises. If anyone is thinking of putting their love ones in a residential home, I would definitely recommend the Regency.
