Terms & Conditions

Thank you for taking part in the Agincare Customer Service Survey. If you choose to enter the prize draw, please read the following terms and conditions.

  • The promoter of this prize draw is Agincare Group Limited.
  • Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who complete the Agincare Customer Service Survey.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Entry into the prize draw is voluntary and is not required to complete the survey.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  • Employees of Agincare may not enter this prize draw.
  • The prize is one £50 gift card (or equivalent voucher selected by Agincare).
  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
  • The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date using the contact details provided.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Agincare reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • Agincare reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value if necessary.
  • Personal data collected for the prize draw will only be used for administering the draw and will be processed in accordance with Agincare’s Privacy Policy.
  • Agincare’s decision regarding the prize draw is final.
