Care for Younger Adults

You are here

personal budgets

Personal budgets and direct payments are amounts of funding allocated to you from your local council or health authority so you can purchase support and arrange your own support and care independently.

Agincare's care & support is truly flexible and will fit around your life; what is termed "person centered care".

respite & short breaks

Having a break or a change of scene can make a real difference, not only to the lives of the people we support but to their families and carers.

Our services are tailored to a family's specific needs - enabling the family to take a break, whilst supporting the person to enjoy a positive experience. We ensure individuals can spend their budget allocation in the way that they want to.

supported living

Supported living is all about enabling people to make choices and be in control of their lives. We encourage and empower people to achieve their dreams and goals through high quality, bespoke support.

We specialise in providing supported living for people with diverse and complex needs including individuals with a learning and/or physical disability, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries and people with autism.

partnerships

We work in partnership with local communities and agencies to deliver excellent care and help people become active members of their local community. We keep everyone, from family and case managers to the people we support, fully informed of progress and clear on the choices available.

As our services develop and additional schemes are built, we use new technology and innovative partnership models to deliver market leading support.
