Regency Care Home in Derby is calling for an urgent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection – more than two-and-a-half years since the last visit left the home with an outdated rating that no longer reflects the high quality of care that is being delivered.
We have repeatedly requested the CQC return to visit the home, and remain ready for inspection at any time.
