We are pleased to launch a Complex Injury Partnership Programme (CIPP) designed specifically for case managers, legal and other professional partners seeking a clinically robust, operationally reliable solution for their work with traumatic or life changing injury.
The Complex Injury Partnership Programme is designed to support professionals, not replace them. It works alongside partners to stabilise provision, reduce friction and help them navigate complex case demands effectively. The programme combines Agincare’s local support teams with its strength as a national organisation, ensuring high quality, consistent and dependable support for both professional partners and those they represent.

Sam Mayes, Managing Director of Agincare’s home and live-in services, said:
When a traumatic injury occurs, the right care at the right time is critical. Fragmented provision and delays can have a lasting impact on recovery and long-term independence of those being supported.
Agincare’s partnership programme combines specialist expertise with national scale to provide a seamless, reliable, high-quality solution. It gives case managers and legal professionals a single, independent partner able to deliver clinically robust, cost-effective support – from rapid mobilisation through rehabilitation and into long-term support.
Our long-standing social care knowledge brings a caring perspective and person-centred approach at a time when people really need to be supported.

Supporting complex injury
Agincare works in close partnership with claimant solicitors and case managers to deliver support focused on maximising independence and quality of life for those drawing on its services. It is responsive with established professional networks and positive working across systems with robust support functions and innovative use of care technology.

The complex injury partnership has been shaped by the personal experience of Agincare Director and Shareholder Adam Luckhurst (pictured above) who played a key role in its development. Adam said:
Growing up in a care-focused family, I understood the importance of good care. It became deeply personal when my father was seriously injured, and later when a close friend sustained a traumatic brain injury.
Seeing first-hand how difficult it can be for families to navigate complex systems during a crisis highlighted a clear gap in joined-up provision, and that is exactly what the complex injury partnership is designed to address,” added Adam.
