Agincare UK - Bristol

Agincare Bristol is based in Bedminster and is close to Bristol city centre with great transport networks. We offer a wide range of home care services that promote a person-centred approach, encouraging choice and service user involvement.The branch covers Bristol and South Gloucester with services delivered both under contract to the Local Authorities and on a private basis.

Working closely with service users, their family and representatives, local authorities, supporting agencies and health professionals, Agincare Bristol aims to ensure that service users' rights, choice, dignity, respect and privacy are maintained, whilst keeping them safe, ensuring well-being and therefore enabling them to remain in their own homes as independently and for as long as possible. Our office provides services to individuals with a variety of needs relating to physical health or disability, mobility problems, learning disability, mental health problems, dementia and other old age related complications.

We will take into consideration any needs an individual may have and work hard to provide for and ensure these are met. Our aim is to provide a quality service that meets your every need. Our multi-trained staff are on hand to ensure that the best possible care is given, ensuring respect, dignity and privacy tailored towards your personal preferences. Our care workers are passionate about caring for people and enthusiastic about providing a high standard of care service.

 All of our workers are trained to a high standard, and are encouraged in their personal development. This includes an initial three day induction course, followed by ongoing training programmes and updates throughout their employment. All staff are encouraged to begin working towards Diplomas in Care.

Care Workers employed by Agincare follow a safe and rigorous recruitment programme, with checks on employment and background history, professional references and enhanced DBS checks are always obtained. Our staff are supported in their work by our dedicated office team and support from head office management services.
