You’ll lead your team to deliver a safe, caring, responsive and effective service, ensuring the highest standards for each resident who calls our home… home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Championing choice, dignity and person‑centred care for every resident
  • Reviewing and adapting care plans in partnership with residents, families, staff and professionals
  • Monitoring and auditing service quality — and acting swiftly on areas of improvement
  • Managing risk assessments and safeguarding practices to keep residents safe
  • Recruiting, inducting, mentoring and developing your team
  • Leading with confidence on HR matters, including performance and conduct
  • Ensuring effective staffing levels and robust contingency planning
  • Investigating safeguarding concerns, managing complaints, and ensuring full regulatory compliance, including duty of candour

About you

You’re passionate, motivated and ready to lead. You bring experience, heart, and a commitment to delivering excellent care.

You’ll need:

  • At least 12 months remaining on your Right to Work in the UK
  • QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • A management qualification (QCF level 4) or willingness to work towards it
  • Previous registration in a residential service (preferable)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and care home operations
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills
  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults
  • Full‑time availability (40 hours per week)
