Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives?

If you believe everyone deserves dignity, care and opportunity, this could be the most meaningful role you’ll ever have.

We are looking for compassionate, experienced resilient individuals to support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, including people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.

A career with us offers:

  • £14.70 Per Hour
  • A flexible contract with days, evenings, weekends and waking night roles available
  • Full training to develop your skills further including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Company pension
  • Refer-a-friend bonus – earn up to £1,000*
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Blue Light Card – discounts in shops and restaurants
  • Supportive, values-led team culture

Many of the people we support have experienced trauma, exclusion, or services that haven’t worked for them. Your role will be to provide consistent, person-centred support, helping individuals build safer, more independent and fulfilling lives.

You’ll use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches, follow support plans, encourage community participation, and support people with daily living, personal care and developing independence.

If you have:

  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Experience working with complex behaviour or high support needs
  • The ability to stay calm, patient and empathetic in challenging situations
  • Commitment to person-centred support and PBS approaches
  • A full UK Driving Licence (desirable)

Then we would love to hear from you.
