Domiciliary home care & live-in care - Ferndown, Dorset

Our office is based on the main high street in the town and there is ground floor access which is suitable for all service users, however, the manager would be happy to visit service users at home should they wish. The office is open from 8 am to 6 pm and will cover the immediate geographical area surrounding Wimborne, Ferndown and Ringwood.

Who we are:

  • Registered Manager: Jackie Muncaster
  • Acting Deputy Manager: Chloe Hewitt
  • Care Co-ordinator: Jackie Muncaster
  • Admin Co-ordinator: Phil Burton
  • Field Care Supervisor: Katrina Hill (Ferndown)
  • Field Care Supervisor: Nya Joy (Ringwood)

The Registered Manager has worked in care for over 16 years and has previous experience in learning disability work. She has her NVQ 4 in Care Management and has been with Agincare for 5 years.  Mandy is supported by an experienced office team and dedicated care staff, many of whom have a considerable length of service with Agincare which means they know the locality and service users very well. More than 50% of staff have an NVQ 2 or 3 and 15 are currently working towards these qualifications. We provide a quality service to our clients; some pay for their care privately and some are referred to us by the PCT and the local authorities of Hampshire and Dorset with whom we have very good relationships. We actively work in partnership with GPs, District Nurses and other health care professionals with whom we also enjoy positive relationships.

Agincare offers a wide range of services which are tailored to individual needs and a commitment to supporting people in their own homes through from low level support services, such as shopping and cleaning, to 24 hours live-in care for people with high levels of personal care needs. All of these services are complementary to each other, or they can be used separately depending upon the needs of the individual. We operate the same robust approach to the recruitment and training of all staff as required by regulations relating to the provision of personal care.

If you think home care could help you or a loved-one live independently at home - either right now or in the future - call us now on 01305 777 977 or email us.
