Our annual Agincare Heroes Awards recognise and celebrate incredible team members nominated by you. The awards pay tribute to the teams and colleagues nationwide who have demonstrated outstanding excellence.

Any team member can be nominated for an Agincare Heroes Award by someone that wishes to recognise their achievements. This could be someone who draws on Agincare’s services, their family and friends, health and social care professionals, or a work colleague.
Nominations will be reviewed by an esteemed panel of judges led by Agincare’s Founder and Chairman Derek Luckhurst and Chief Executive Raina Summerson.
Finalists will be invited to an exclusive awards ceremony celebrating the achievements of all Agincare Heroes 2026!
We’ll have an extra special reason to celebrate the Agincare Heroes Awards this year, as 2026 marks the 40th anniversary of our Founder and Chairman Derek Luckhurst opening his very first care home.
