As a Senior Care Advisor, Iโ€™m dedicated to guiding new clients through every step of starting care, whether theyโ€™re entirely new to the process or exploring a change in providers. My goal is to ensure clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their care journey.

Experience

Iโ€™ve been in this role for two years, following a background in hospitality. Iโ€™ve always had a naturally caring approach, and my experience with family caregiving sparked my passion for supporting others on a larger scale.

As part of the Team of Advisors at Agincare, I support and manage enquiries from both private and public sectors, guiding them from their first contact with us right through to a successful placement.

I bring 25 years of experience in customer service, including three years with Agincare. This has taught me the importance of setting high standards for the service I provide, ensuring every clientโ€™s needs are met with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

As a Senior care Advisor, my role is to support the onboarding of new care services into Agincare, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for both teams, clients and families. I work closely with services and families to guide them through change, providing reassurance, clear communication, and practical support so that continuity of care is maintained, and everyone feels confident throughout the process.

Experience

I have worked for Agincare for the last seven years and have developed strong experience in managing transitions and supporting services as they integrate into new ways of working. I understand the importance of empathy, collaboration, and attention to detail when helping clients and colleagues navigate change, and I am committed to making each transition as seamless as possible.

Responsibilities

I conduct initial consultations to assess care needs, provide clear, tailored quotes, and guide clients through their options. I offer ongoing support, answer queries, adapt services as needed, and handle payments, billing, and funding options to ensure transparency and clarity.

Experience

Since 2011, Iโ€™ve supported individuals in nursing and residential homes, focusing on cognitive impairments and end-of-life care to uphold dignity and autonomy. In managerial roles, I developed training programs, led quality assurance audits, and ensured high care standards through compliance training. Since 2019, I’ve drawn on my experience at Agincare to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
