Statement from our CEO on the anniversary of the first Covid lockdown

Today we reflect on our clients, their families and friends who have experienced loss and heartache this year. We are also grieving and remembering the clients and colleagues we have lost over the past 12 months.
I know that our teams have made a positive difference to lives, but reflecting on the year brings home the toll the pandemic has taken on society in so many ways. While various life experiences, including death, are always a part of our working lives, this year loss has hit us harder, with the impact on clients’ families and friends exacerbated by the various restrictions.
We will be joining in with the minute’s silence at midday as part of a day of reflection.
We will never forget those we have lost.
