Agincare's live-in care service provides quality home care to people of all ages, with a wide range of dependency levels and needs, in the comfort of their own homes. Including physical disabilities, chronic or terminal illness, mental health problems or a learning disability; though many of our clients have non-specific needs.

Recent research shows that nearly 75% of us want to remain in our own homes as we get older. For many clients our service has prevented hospital or care home admission, whilst improving health and wellbeing at home. Our dedicated and well trained fully managed live-in care team offers a personalised service ranging from companionship to care and support for people with complex health conditions, such as dementia or palliative care.

We work together with families and any clinicians involved, creating a service that will offer peace of mind and reassurance

Fully managed Live-in Care service

Agincare’s fully managed services provides 24/7 back up and is fully regulated by CQC with a dedicated team of Care Assessors and Regional Coordinators in the community. We work in partnership with Local Authorities across the country

Complete Care (24 hours)

Agincare Live-in Care can provide an active 24 hour care service for those people with more challenging or complex care needs by providing two live-in care workers.

Hospital Discharge

Our Fast-Track Discharge Service is designed as an interim service to enable patients to be discharged safely and promptly from hospital once medically fit.

Reablement for any condition which requires time for recovery. Before you go into Hospital arrange a reablement care plan to ensure a timely discharge from Hospital. We are also able to offer a Rapid Response service for emergency situations. All of our packages of care are based solely on the individual assessment of the needs of the client and start from £695 per week with an average cost of £875 per week.
