Aaron – Care Advisors Team Leader
With more than 12 years at Agincare, Aaron has supported thousands of families in finding care that’s right for them. He’s known for his honest, steady advice and always takes time to understand the person behind the need; ensuring care plans reflect their life, not just their condition.
Aaron’s advice:
“It’s about what the person receiving care wants. If they’d rather stay at home, that matters. We’ll talk through the options so they can stay in control and feel happy with what is arranged for them.”
Demi – Senior Care Advisor
Demi has spent four years helping families understand their options and is currently arranging care for a loved one herself. She knows how personal these decisions are and offers a mix of honest advice and genuine compassion—because she’s going through it too.
Demi’s advice:
“Try to think beyond just the short term. Needs can change quickly, and it helps to have a care provider that can adapt with you.”
Sharon – Senior Care Advisor
With over eight years at Agincare and years spent caring for her own family, Sharon brings a calm, reassuring presence to every call. She supported her Nan through Alzheimer’s and knows how tough it is to balance emotions with decisions. Sharon’s here to make things feel a little less overwhelming—for you and your loved one.
Sharon’s advice:
“Most of us here have supported family through care. We get the worry, the guilt, the confusion. You’re not alone—we’re here to talk it through, without pressure.”
Ben – Senior Care Advisor
Ben brings nearly 15 years of experience in the care sector. Before joining Agincare nine years ago, he worked as a care assistant and Team Leader, completing his Level 3 diploma along the way. He’s supported people across residential, nursing, and mental health care, helping families understand what’s right for them.
Ben’s advice:
“Understand what your chosen provider is actually giving you. Every provider works differently. We’re fully managed, so we stay involved throughout. A lot of people come to us after struggling with agencies that stepped back too soon.”
Mike – Senior Care Advisor
Mike has spent five years guiding families through care choices at Agincare and recently arranged care for his Nan, now living happily at our Trafalgar Care Home. He knows how hard it is to take that first step and makes sure every caller feels heard, supported, and fully informed.
“There’s no handbook for this. People don’t always know what to ask and that’s okay. We’ll walk through it together, at your pace. There are no stupid questions.”
Agincare recently took over from my previous care company, and the transition has been incredibly smooth. The managers are friendly, and all the carers are truly special—they go above and beyond for everyone, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They’re all absolutely wonderful.

I visited Nightingale in April and was really impressed by the condition of the building and how friendly the staff were.
Since then, my Dad has received excellent care, and the staff always keeps us informed of any changes in his Alzheimer’s. Our whole family is very grateful. When my Mum visits, they always make her feel at home too.

Excellent and totally reliable service—I really can’t fault it. The carers are thoughtful, reliable, courteous, and extremely helpful. I honestly don’t know how I managed without them. I’m more than happy to recommend Agincare—they meet all my needs.
Our care services are trusted by thousands of families, local authorities nationwide and the NHS to deliver reliable, high-quality care. Our bespoke, fully-managed service is regulated by the CQC.
