Live-in Alzheimer’s care
The 24/7 support from a professional live-in care worker can have real impact on people living with Alzheimer’s and their family by perfectly balancing personal care with companionship and long-term emotional support. You and your family will benefit from the expert knowledge and experience of our clinical leads who will work with your live-in care worker to give best practice in your care. You will be able to stay in the comfort and familiar surroundings of your home, with your belongings around you, keeping to your regular routine but with expert care and support on hand.
Alzheimer’s care and support at home
Our home care service supports people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia to live as independently as possible witht the support of a professional care worker. Your care worker can support you with personal care as well as domestic tasks you may struggle with such as meal preperation, laundry, shopping, etc.
Care and nursing homes for people living with Alzheimer’s
Although each of our dementia care homes are different, they all offer a dedicated, personal and practical approach to caring for people living with dementia. Our care home teams take the time to understand someone’s life story, their likes and dislikes, then tailor our dementia care to that person. In our nursing homes we have registered nurses on duty round-the-clock who are qualified to provide the same level of care that district nurses do during their visits to our care homes.
