Sarah embarks on a new era at Fulford Care Home in Littlehampton

There is an exciting future ahead for our Fulford Care and Nursing Home in Littlehampton, West Sussex, as experienced care professional Sarah Hart takes the lead as the new registered manager. 

We are very happy to have Sarah join us, where she’ll be able to utilise her many years of experience working in the NHS and as as Area Manager for a large disability trust. 

Sarah recently completed her Level 5 in Leadership and Management and is currently studying for a Professional Doctorate in Health and Social Care with Portsmouth University. Great work Sarah!

A new era for Fulford

Excited to be taking on our of large care and nursing homes, Sarah said:

I am really proud to be leading Fulford into a new era with the full support and backing of Agincare behind me every step of the way.


We have wonderful residents and a fantastic care team, who are all so positive and full of great ideas that I am looking forward to implementing.

About Fulford

Fulford has recently undergone a renovation programme and is fully-equipped for the changing needs and requirements of the residents, who can make great use of the large communal lounge, two spacious dining rooms and an airy conservatory.

In January 2023, Fulford opened their new Godwin Wing – a residential development to support people living with dementia.

The home provides high-quality affordable residential, respite and convalescence care to older people in the community. The care team have a wealth of experience caring for people with physical and mental health needs, including Parkinson’s disease and different types of dementia.

Fulford benefits from its central location in town, meaning the seafront and local shops are only a short walk away, as well as great access to public transport including the nearby train station.
