Agincare set to acquire Beaufort House in Burnham-on-Sea
Agincare is set to acquire prestigious Beaufort House from farming charity Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI).
We are working closely with RABI to ensure a smooth transition takes place for care home residents, apartment tenants and the existing care team until we take on full ownership and management of the home.
The care home in Burnham on Sea has 33 en-suite rooms, and is accompanied by 12 self-contained independent living flats and is rated ‘Good’ by the CQC at last inspection.

It is anticipated that the sale of the home will complete during August 2022. Monies released from the sale will be used by RABI to increase the support available to farming people requiring care or assistance in their own homes, or through local supported care.
Beaufort will join our growing portfolio of high quality care and nursing homes across the country.
