Residents and visitors are welcome to use the free Admiralty Wi-Fi. All our care homes have an iPad for residents to use – Skype calls work really well – and for families to use when they visit.
We have 41 bedrooms for people living at Admiralty, with a range of room sizes, including some able to accommodate couples.
We have ground floor rooms with direct access and first floor rooms that are fully accessible by stairs or lift.
The majority of rooms have en-suites and others have en-suite wet rooms, which make showering easier. The rooms without en-suites have accessible toilets, bathrooms or wet rooms within easy reach.
We encourage our residents to personalise their rooms with their own photos and furniture. Personal possessions help residents feel at home, and provide extra stimulation and time for reminiscence. They also give our team an important understanding of a resident’s history and what’s important to them.

Our residents love to watch the wildlife in the garden, especially on the bird feeders on our beautiful willow tree.

Being a home manager is a privilege to be able to care for those who once cared for us, I believe it’s one of the greatest careers to ever have had. The team at Admiralty care, work together to ensure that no two days are the same and that there is always laughter and love.
Not only have the staff cared for my mother with kindness and patience they have also shown me the same kind of care. Sometimes dementia can cause extreme upset to family members all the staff at Rochester Care Home have had time to make sure I’m ok as well as tending to my mum’s needs.
My mother lived at Rochester Care Home from July 2018 until March 2019. Her care was exemplary and given by very caring and patient staff. No task was too difficult and always undertaken willingly and with tenderness. The home is clean tidy and welcoming and all the staff are very pleasant. I would highly recommend the home.
My mum is treated with compassion and respect which is so important to me. I am delighted to say that in many ways my mum has blossomed as she gained more confidence. I can see that my mum is popular with all the carers and that means the world!
I think all members of staff are very kind and helpful. The atmosphere in the home is pleasant although I feel that the patients would benefit from more activities and maybe some background gentle music now and then. This is both soothing and helps stimulate the brain.
Staff are kind, helpful, caring and co-operative. The food is very good. The rooms are comfortable and clean
The home is lovely and the staff are wonderful. I can’t thank the staff enough for caring for mum bless them all.
My Mum has been a resident of Victory Care home for about 18 months. I can’t speak highly enough about the care she receives. Her room and the amenities are very good. The staff are friendly, helpful, polite and caring
My brother was treated very well. The care was excellent.
