Agincare are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Assistant to join our accounts team based in Portland.

About the Role

As Credit Control Assistant, you will liaise with customers and their families, local authorities and NHS organisations in regards to the timely collection of payments.

You will sensitively ensure that all overdue bad debt and payment queries are chased and resolved in a timely manner in accordance with contractual payment terms.

Where credit notes are required, these will be issued in a timely manner whilst ensuring that good working relationships and excellent customer service is maintained.

About You

You will have good numerical and organisational skills as well as being able to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels. You will be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel.

Previous experience in a credit control role is desirable but not essential.
