About The Role

Blenheim Care Home has 31 beds and is set tucked away in Talbot Woods – a lovely quiet and leafy part of Bournemouth, with lots of local amenities within easy reach.

We believe in excellent personalised care, and as a Care Assistant you’ll be providing our residents with support and companionship – really getting to know them as individuals.

Your role will involve personal care duties such as bathing and dressing, updating their care plans, and helping them to remain as independent as possible. You’ll also take part in a variety of creative activities – a favourite for our residents!

About You

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work is required

• Having a caring and compassionate nature is the most important skill you can bring within social care, everything else we can teach you.
