Agincare, a family-owned organisation are undertaking an exciting period of growth. Having just brought a further 4 new care homes into the group in a brand new area, we have no plans to stop, this will give you an incredible opportunity to grow your experience and exposure to complex estate management issues.

About the Role

In this role you will manage the facilities, real estate, maintenance, safety, security and other aspects of estates management creating a safe, productive and efficient environment in our care homes, offices and premises across the portfolio.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable stakeholder management experience, with extensive experience in Budget Management, Operations and Maintenance and Project Management and a candidate who will help us shape and grow the department in line with expected company and portfolio growth.

About You

You will be an excellent communicator, not afraid to hold others to account for their actions and project deadlines. The successful candidate will possess stakeholder management skills second to none and will take pride in their property management skills with the work they undertake having a direct impact on the growth and success of the group.
