Due to the hugely successful growth of Agincare, we are looking to expand our recruitment team by appointing a recruitment administrator to join our team. Recruitment Administrator
Salary: A salary of up to £24,000 per annum is available subject to the successful candidates relevant experience.
Hours: Permanent Contract, 40 hours per week, Full time, Hybrid working may be available subject to the successful candidate and their individual circumstances, however a minimum attendance is expected at our Portland HQ.

About the role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will supporting and collaborating within a defined region of the UK, supporting all of our care departments by managing all applicants and guiding candidates through their onboarding journey ensuring that they have a quality candidate experience at all stages.
You will be:
- The first contact that most applicants have with Agincare and as such they must represent the company professionally and respond to applicants / candidates promptly
- Complete any onboarding tasks and duties appropriate to the process including references, DBS checks, booking training, and Right to Work in the UK documentation
- Building and maintain excellent working relations with all stakeholders
About You
You will preferably have previous experience within the care industry and/or have worked in a recruitment capacity in the past - either as a recruiter or recruitment administrator.
As a Recruitment Administrator, we are looking for people who;
- Have extensive experience in a customer focused, fast paced recruitment role and have the Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Understand people and establish individual needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, with a flexible approach.
