Agincare Nottinghamshire County is based in Daybrook on the corner of St Albans Road and Duke Street , above the old Arnold Job Centre. The Nottinghamshire branch is part of the larger Agincare group.

The Nottinghamshire branch delivers domiciliary care both personal care and domestic assistance, although we don’t directly cover all the other services listed in the care services guide we can put you in touch with the other departments within Agincare.

The branch covers Gedling , Rushcliffe and Broxtowe and all surrounding areas, with services delivered both under contract of the Local Authority, and on a private basis.

Working closely with service users, their family/representatives, Local Authority, supporting agencies, health professionals and emergency services, Agincare aims to ensure that service users rights, choice, dignity, respect and privacy are maintained, whilst keeping them safe, ensuring well being and therefore enabling them to remain in their own homes as independently, and for as long as possible.

Agincare Nottinghamshire provides services to older people with a variety of needs relating to physical health or disability, learning disability, mental health problems, dementia. Our aim is to provide a quality service that is person centred and meets your every need, our multi trained staff are on hand to ensure that the best possible care is given, with respect and dignity and with consideration for your personal preferences. Our office team consists of the Branch Manager, Nichola Delton, Deputy Manager and a team of Administrators and 4 Care Coordinators who work alongside a team of field care supervisors.

We have 140 care workers who work to provide a high standard care service. Care workers employed with Agincare follow a rigorous recruitment programme, with checks on employment history, professional references and enhanced DBS checks obtained. All care workers have an initial 3 day SAT training course, followed by ongoing training programmes and updates throughout their employment. All staff are encouraged to begin working towards their Diplomas in Care. Our staff are supported in their work by our dedicated office team and support from head office management services.
