Conditions cared for

Many of our customers initially sought guidance from us because they were trying to deal with the practical and emotional impact of terminal or chronic illness and their unexpected care needs.

We have many years of experience providing complex care for people with conditions such as:

One of our guiding principles is to completely understand the individual’s experience of a condition and to create a personalised care and support plan around this. We then undertake reviews of your care plan as and when your needs change.

All of our care and support workers complete the nationally recognised ‘Common Induction Standards’ training. In addition, we have a range of training programmes for specific conditions.

What other conditions are supported?

It’s not possible to list them all but here are some of the other conditions we can support:

  • Autism
  • Acquired brain injury
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Asthma
  • Deafness / hearing impairment
  • Depression
  • Diabetes
  • Huntingdon’s disease
  • Learning difficulties
  • Motor Neurone Disease
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Partial sightedness
  • Progressive supranuclear palsy
  • Renal failure
  • Scoliosis
  • Spina Bifida
  • Spinal muscular atrophy
  • Substance misuse

Care assessment

When you contact us, one of our team of friendly Customer Relations Advisors will give you details about the service we could offer, a guide price and advice on funding.

If you decide you want to find out more, the next step is to book a free, no obligation care assessment. One of our team of Care Assessors will visit you at home and complete a comprehensive assessment. This will allow us to get to know you, your life and home and understand exactly what care and support you require.

Our Care Assessors are professionally qualified experts in the field, helpful and friendly. We can then provide you with an exact price.
