Agincare Wolverhampton has been established for 4 years. It has recently relocated to premises on the outskirts of the town centre. The office can be accessed via a doorway with 4-5 steps going up to the office. There is also disabled access, although the manager would be happy to visit you or your representative in the comfort of your own home if more convenient. There are a few parking spaces at the front of the building and a large free car park behind it.

Agincare Wolverhampton holds contracts with Wolverhampton and Walsall local authorities for the delivery of care services to older people and younger adults with a variety of needs relating to physical health or disability, learning disability, mental health problems, dementia and sensory loss. We also deliver a home based respite service (both planned and emergency) across the city of Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. Most recently we have contracted with Wolverhampton City Council to provide a 24 hour emergency response system across the city , giving peace of mind to individuals requiring help and support to remain in their own homes.

The staff at Agincare understand the difficulties faced when choosing care for loved ones and we strive to make the process as clear, simple and flexible as possible. We work closely with our clients, their family/representatives, local authorities, supporting agencies, health professionals and emergency services to ensure that each client's individual needs and outcomes are met and their individual rights, choice, dignity, respect and privacy are maintained, whilst keeping them safe, ensuring wellbeing and therefore enabling them to remain in their own homes as independently and for as long as possible.

Agincare employ a multicultural and diverse staff team ,with a range of skills and experiences that are utilised to provide high quality person-centred care. The main office team are: Registered Manager, Godfrey Robinson, Respite Project Manager Elaine Pearce is NVQ 3 qualified and has 6 years' experience in adult health and social care. Care Coordinator Lisa Westwood is NVQ 3 qualified and has 6 years' experience in adult health and social care. Field Care Supervisor Catherine Cunniffe is NVQ 3 qualified and has 12 years' experience in adult health and social care. Amanda Barrett is NVQ2 qualified and has 2 years' experience in adult health and social care.
