Cordelia House Care Home, Fareham

Previously known as Farehaven Lodge, Cordelia was bought by Derek’s three sons Adam, Simon and Piers. Major refurbishments were underway almost immediately and Cordelia is now a welcoming and peaceful home. The name follows a Shakespearean theme.

St Peter’s Park Care Home,Bexhill

 With 35 independent living flats, as well as 37 rooms, St Peters Park was an exciting addition to the Agincare family of care and nursing homes. At St Peter’s Park,  we’re very proud of the attractive and spacious enclosed grounds, and our wildlife garden is award-winning – a testament to the hard work of our full-time gardener.

Fulford Care & Nursing Home, Littlehampton

We got to work right away on refurbishments at Fulford, to make the home as friendly, warm and homely as possible. One of our dining rooms is in a stunning 200-year-old listed barn which has been carefully restored and there’s also a lovely sunny conservatory.

Cheriton Care Home, Dorchester

A real home-from-home, Cheriton underwent a large £1.2m refurbishment and is equipped to deal with a range of needs and requirements. The largest of our care and nursing homes, Cheriton is a warm, friendly home where our residents rate our chef’s meals very highly – they even achieved a  5* ‘Very Good’ rating from the Food Standards Agency!

Victory Care Home, Chatham

A relaxing and homely environment, Victory has three lovely enclosed and secure courtyard gardens with planters and raised beds. Residents enjoy gardening and planting their own vegetables!

Rochester Care Home, Kent

A key acquisition in our geographic expansion, Rochester was our first care home in the South East of the country – not long followed by Victory care and nursing home. Adjacent to our Rochester home our Napier day and respite centre, for adults with complex needs. This purchase paved the way for other services in Medway. Home care soon followed.
