The types of care we provide

We support people dealing with the practical and emotional impact of terminal or chronic illness. We have a wealth of experience providing many types of complex care, including:

A personalised care and support plan

One of our guiding principles is to completely understand your experience of living with a condition, creating your personalised care and support plan around this.

Depending on where you wish to receive care, our experienced and professional care workers could be in your home - home care or live-in care - or in one of our comfortable and welcoming residential care or nursing homes.

We review your care plan as and when your needs change, involving you every step of the way.

All our care and support workers complete our induction training, which is framed around the nationally-recognised Care Certificate. In addition, we have a range of training programmes for specific conditions, such as dementia.

Which other conditions are supported?

It’s not possible to list them all but here are some of the other conditions we can support:

  • Acquired brain injury
  • Asthma
  • Diabetes
  • Neurological conditions, such as supranuclear palsy, Huntingdon’s disease, muscular dystrophy, motor neurone disease
  • Renal failure
  • Scoliosis
  • Sensory deficits, such as deafness / hearing impairment, partial sightedness
  • Spina bifida
  • Spinal muscular atrophy
  • Substance misuse

Care assessment

When you contact us, one of our friendly customer relations team will give you details about the service we could offer, a guide price and advice on funding.

If you decide you want to find out more, the next step is to book a free, no-obligation care assessment. One of our Care Assessors will visit you and carry out a fully comprehensive assessment. Our Care Assessors are professionally qualified experts in the field, helpful and friendly.

The care assessment allows us to get to know you, your life and home and understand exactly what care and support you need. We can then explain how we would support you, including detailed information on how much that support would cost, and what the next steps are.
