Types of companion care
We’ll talk to you about the kind of person and type of care that would suit you, plus how often you’d like support, and how you’d like to spend that time.
Everyone is different. Depending on the outcome of our discussions, we’ll create a bespoke companionship care package just for you. As an example, this could be:
- Home care, when a care worker comes into your home on a regular basis to help you
- Live-in care, where a care worker lives in your home, bringing you one-to-one support with consistent continuity
- In one of our care or nursing homes, where you’ll have kind and friendly staff on hand, plus the companionship of other residents. There’ll also be activities and day trips, plus your meals will be prepared and your laundry done
