About the Role

In this role you will be supporting the Head of Recruitment and the wider recruitment team in the development, creation and publishing of exciting recruitment attraction campaigns to raise organisational awareness and support in the attraction of key demographics to the organisation. You will ...

• Own a media schedule and create bespoke content relevant to target demographics required in recruitment.
• Work collaboratively to understand areas of concern / lower applications and develop strategies to overcome.
• Work in collaboration with the wider marketing team to ensure key trends and issues are covered in recruitment marketing.
• Work with the Regional Recruitment Business Partners to understand and address regional challenges and how marketing can support.
• Maintain ownership of all recruitment marketing activities, ensuring return on investment and appropriate outcomes of activities conducted.

We are looking for people passionate about the attraction and recruitment of quality candidates. You will be highly creative and not be afraid to “challenge the norm”, when it comes to recruitment marketing, exploring all options and suggesting / creating solutions to meet the long term recruitment needs of the business. You will have the highest attention to detail, and take the utmost pride in the work you deliver. You will be target and deadline driven and know that the work you undertake makes a real difference to the growth of the organisation and therefore you will be passionate about your delivery and work produced and how this shapes the growth of Agincare.
