Due to the hugely successful growth of Agincare, we are looking to expand our recruitment team by appointing a regional recruiter to join our team. Senior Recruitment Officer

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum. A highly lucrative commission scheme is also payable based on placements.

Hours: Permanent Contract, 40 hours per week, Full time, Hybrid working may be available subject to the successful candidate and their individual circumstances; from our Portland HQ.

About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for partnering and collaborating within a defined region of the UK, supporting all of our care departments by managing all applicants and guiding candidates through the recruitment and onboarding journey ensuring that they have a quality candidate experience at all stages. You will conduct interviews, selecting and onboarding fantastic care and non-care staff. 

You will be:

• Guiding all candidates through each stage of the candidate journey including booking interviews, selecting and supporting applicants through the onboarding stage
• The first contact that most applicants have with Agincare and as such they must represent the company professionally and respond to applicants / candidates promptly
• Complete any onboarding tasks and duties appropriate to the process including references, DBS checks, booking training, and Right to Work in the UK documentation
• Build and maintain excellent working relations with all stakeholders

About you

You will preferably have previous experience within the care industry and/or have worked in a recruitment capacity in the past - either as a recruiter or line manager.

• Have extensive xperience in a customer focused, fast paced recruitment role and have the Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Understand people and establish individual needs
   
• Excellent communication skills 
   
• Highly organised, with a flexible approach.
   
• Full, valid UK / EU driving licence; and own vehicle
