Do you have the passion and ambition to lead, develop and grow an innovative, fast-paced marketing team for an expanding national care provider?

Agincare is a leading independent care provider in over 60 locations nationwide. As part of the organisation’s expansion, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of digital marketing.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can use their high level of expertise to reach, engage and convert our key audiences across all of our marketing channels in line with our mission, vision and values.

We would be interested in speaking to candidates across Dorset including Weymouth, Bournemouth and Poole and surrounding areas.

Salary: £45,000-50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead, manage and grow the marketing team
  • Take responsibility for developing and delivering our marketing strategy to support the vision, mission and values of the Agincare Group.
  • Develop CRM (with the external supplier and Sales Manager) to improve our measurement of ROI from marketing campaigns.
  • Build creative multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive leads and job applications and evaluate results
  • Engage and convert our target audiences through the creative use of all marketing channels (paid and organic), including social media and email marketing.
  • Ensure best-in-class user experience across our website for both our primary audiences (people seeking care and people seeking a career in health and social care)
  • Use your Knowledge of PPC to maximise our return from paid campaigns (working with an external agency) to maximise ROI from paid campaigns.
  • Embed SEO best practices within all our on-page activity and make ongoing improvements to our overall search engine marketing (working with an external agency)
  • Use data to drive decision-making, including Google Analytics, Infinity call tracking and CRM.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communications skills and an ability to influence, engage and motivate at all levels.

You will have:

  • Experience in leading, managing and developing team members
  • Experience in creating and delivering marketing strategies within a large organisation
  • Extensive Knowledge and experience in website management and digital marketing
  • Experience working within a large and diverse team
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering and measuring the success of digital marketing campaigns
  • Extensive Knowledge and understanding of Google PPC
