Due to the successful growth of Agincare, we are looking to expand our recruitment team by appointing a regional recruiter to join our team. Recruitment Officer

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum

Hours: Permanent Contract,  Full time

About the role

As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our domiciliary care department by managing all applicants and guiding candidates through the recruitment and onboarding journey ensuring that they have a quality candidate experience at all stages. You will conduct interviews, selecting and onboarding fantastic care and non care staff. 

You will be:

• Guide all candidates through each stage of the candidate journey including booking interviews, selecting and supporting applicants through the onboarding stage
• Attend Recruitment open days / Career Fairs
• The first contact that most applicants have with Agincare and as such they must represent the company professionally and respond to applicants / candidates promptly
• Complete any onboarding tasks and duties appropriate to the process including references, DBS checks, booking training, and Right to Work in the UK documentation
• Build and maintain excellent working relations with all stakeholders

About you

You will preferably have previous experience within the care industry and/or have worked in a recruitment capacity in the past - either as a recruiter or line manager.

However, experience in an administration-related role with high attention to detail and a willingness to learn would be considered.

• Full, valid UK / EU driving licence; and own vehicle
