Job Description
Agincare are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support our International Recruitment department based within our Poole office on a full-time basis.
Hours: Permanent Contract, 42 hours per week
Salary: Up to £25,000 per year, depending on experience
About the role:
The Recruitment Administrator is a member of a designated team supporting specifically international recruitment. You will join a progressive, relationship-driven team working at a fast pace that believes in autonomy and trust whilst being dedicated to the candidate experience. Working closely with the Recruitment Officers and International Operations Director, you will provide high-quality and efficient administrative support to your colleagues.
- Screen new applicants, and schedule interviews for the Recruitment Officers
- To be responsible for ensuring that the post is dealt with on a daily basis, franking out-going mail
- Manage and own the candidate experience, keeping all recruitment databases up to date
- Assist with employment reference requests, and the DBS process
- Support the Recruitment Officers with any additional administration tasks
- Ensure all candidate documents are in order
- Support with booking transportation and sourcing accommodation for oversea candidates
- Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding journey
- Answer and field calls coming into the office
- Ordering supplies for the candidates when required
- Tracking purchase orders, and collating invoices on a monthly basis
- Liaise with other departments, including Care Home Managers, Operations and Finance
About you:
- Experience within an office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain an excellent candidate relationship
- Ability to understand people and establish individual needs
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Energy and a drive to success
- Experience in recruitment is desirable, but not essential
- Solid experience with volume workload
