Agincare, a family run organisation are undertaking an exciting period of growth. Having just brought a further 4 new care homes into the group in a brand-new area, we have no plans to stop. We are looking for a Care Home Manager who shares our values and will lead from the front in ensuring our growth in a responsible and sustainable way.
About the Role
As an experienced Registered Manager, you will be a highly visible and proactive leader providing general management support for the established and skilled care and non-care teams.
You will provide effective and strategic leadership in compliance with CQC regulations and contractual requirements and ensure that care plans for new and existing residents are person-centred and meet their physical and mental health requirements.
You will have a strong willingness to develop your existing team and take an active role in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Extensive demonstrable experience of management at a senior level within Care Homes
- Experience of working within a profit and loss environment and working within agreed budgets
- Experience and is fully conversant with national care standards and regulations
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills
