About the Role

The Administrator is a key member of staff within the supported living setting - they are responsible for ensuring that all key systems and processes are implemented effectively to support the Registered Manager of the service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering in a welcoming manner any general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective training and competency with new starters and existing team members by arranging appropriate training courses with internal and external providers and updating the training matrix accordingly.
  • Ensure a compliant and effective recruitment process by liaising with hiring managers, candidates and the centralised recruitment team - particularly regarding interviews, background checks and induction.
  • To manage electronic rostering & payroll systems - acting as first point of contact for any rota or payroll concerns.
  • Keep accurate and up to date records
  • To aid in care when needs and cover on call when required.

About You

You will have experience in an administrative capacity - ideally within a healthcare or supported living setting. You will be an effective team player who is motivated by being able to support the provision of care to vulnerable people.

A good level of competency in Microsoft Office, and a confidence in learning new systems is desirable.
