Agincare are currently recruiting for a Training and Compliance Officer to join our existing training and quality team.

The Training and Compliance Officer will be a fundamental part of monitoring and maintaining CQC quality standards, and training side by side with teams to support delivery of high quality care. 

About the role

As a Training and Compliance Officer you will be responsible for supporting with compliance and training records ensuring that Agincare remain compliant in QA processes and procedures. Checking audits, trackers and safeguarding/complaints documentation to create overview of quality in branches, creating action plans on findings and offering support for audit completion. 

This role plays an essential role in continuous improvement, developing on learning culture, particularly in the field of quality assurance, working with managers and their teams, delivering key support, and interventions to teams where required. 

The training element will be responsible for creation of supporting resources, delivering face to face, classroom training for all our new employees on a daily / weekly basis and supporting operations.

About You

As a Training and Compliance Officer, you will have extensive knowledge of CQC framework and regulations,  you will need to have previous experience in delivering Training sessions, and/or experience in auditing. But most of all an outgoing personality that our teams and candidates will warm to! 

You will have sound knowledge of the social care sector and regulatory framework, and a Health & Social Care professional qualification Level 2 or 3 . Experience of Social Care, Supervisor or Care Coordinator Role would be preferred but not essential.

You are required to have the following;

  • Your own vehicle for work purposes and able to travel around the UK;
  • Full, valid UK / EU driving licence;
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal;
  • Excellent presentation writing and delivering via PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, with a flexible approach.

 National travel and overnight stay's may be required.
