Healthcare Recruitment Officer

Job Description

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded recruitment team based in Bristol. 

As a Recruitment Officer for Agincare you will be responsible for supporting our care branches and extra care schemes with recruitment campaigns, interviewing, selection and working to enhance the entire candidate journey for external and internal candidates.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Full Time (40 hours per week)

• Experience of a recruiting within a customer focused, fast paced role
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to liaise at all levels to all personalities
• Ability to understand people and establish individual needs
• Speak with enthusiasm and confidence
• Confident to persuade and influence
• Ability to work to best practice standards
• Willingness to lead team projects
• Energy and a drive to succeed

You are required to have the following;

• Your own vehicle for work purposes 
• Full, valid UK / EU driving licence;
• Great communication skills - written and verbal;
• Highly organised, with a flexible approach.
