Job Description
Agincare Thirsk are looking for a Scheme Supervisor to join our team and help our customers remain safe in their own home with as much independence as possible.
As a Scheme Supervisor, you will help with the day to day running of the Extra Care scheme and support the customers and to support managerial responsibility for the day to day running of the all the schemes in the absence of the Registered Manager.

About the role
As a Scheme Supervisor, you will need to have previous experience of Social Care and experience in a similar role.
The Scheme Supervisor will be supervising and supporting our care team and ensuring our customers are receiving excellent care.
You will have In-depth understanding of how rights, dignity, privacy, respect and choice are important when providing care and support
You will take responsibility for the day to day delivery of the EC tenant support within the Scheme.
You will have Excellent coordination and management skills
You are required to have the following;
- Your own vehicle for work purposes and able to travel around the region;
- Full, valid UK / EU driving licence;
- Great communication skills - written and verbal;
- Highly organised, with a flexible approach.
