Our recruitment team are available to answer any questions and guide you through the tier 2 health and care work visa UK sponsorship process. They have extensive knowledge in recruitment in Moldova and helping Moldovan carers to find live-in care jobs.
As a live-in care assistant, you will support client in their own home seven days a week; helping them to live life the way they want to and remain as independent as possible.
Tasks will include assisting with medication, providing companionship, support with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and helping with domestic tasks such as cleaning and preparing meals.
This role is a 1-year sponsorship, with Agincare retaining the right to extend once successful applicants have passed the probationary period.

As a Project Care Assistant in the UK, you will support our clients to return home after they leave hospital.
You will be responsible for providing personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, helping with domestic tasks, medication, and providing companionship.
This is a nationwide position, working alongside the NHS. We’ll supply you with your own company car and provide free accommodation. Due to the nature of the care job, a full driving license is required.

A Live-in care worker gives their client the reassurance and convenience of 24-hour one-to-one live-in care in their own home.
The individual services provided by a live-in carer will depend on the day-to-day needs of the person they are caring for. It could be relatively simple, like helping someone get up and about in the morning or making sure they take their medication at the right time. Or it could mean more complex care.
Formal qualifications are not essential in becoming a carer. However, as a Moldovan carer requiring sponsorship to work in the UK, we require that applicants have a diploma or other qualification in a health and social care related subject.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate a proficient level of spoken and written English (UKVI IELTS with scores of no less than 6 overall and 5.5 for each module.)
To be eligible for a UK care job, you will need to meet the following criteria.
You must:
• Be over the age of 18
• Have professional social care experience for this position
• Be able to read, write, speak and understand English to at least level B1 (must be by an approved UK provider)
• Be from a country not on the World Health Organisation’s list of red and amber countries
If you are a Moldovan carer looking for UK care jobs, you will need a certificate of sponsorship.
To receive a certificate of sponsorship from an eligible employer you will need to have applied for, and been accepted, a position within the company offering the sponsorship in the UK.
The Home Office scrutinises each visa application, and once the application is made, it is only approved if you are assessed as suitable for a working visa UK.
A live-in carer is a trained care worker who moves into a client’s home in order to provide 24 hour, one to one care and support, seven days a week. The duties of a live-in care worker may vary from personal care and administering medication, to cooking meals and helping the individual to get out and about.
As a Moldovan carer, to work in the UK you will need to have a certificate of sponsorship from your employer with information about the care role offered to you. You will need:
• A qualification in a health and social care related subject
• To be a nurse (or equivalent, such as a paramedic) or senior healthcare assistant
• To have a qualification that demonstrates a proficient level of spoken and written English (UKVI IELTS with scores not less than 6 overall and 5.5 for each module)
• To have 1 or more years of clinical experience
The average live-in carer in England can earn between £550 and £750 per week with a live-in care worker's yearly salary being dependent on their level and years of experience in health and social care. With Agincare's Live-in care roles in England, you could earn £10.10 per hour as a live-in care assistant or £11 per hour in our live-in care projects.
