Testimonials

Let's be proud of what we do in social care, let's share the good things that happen and let's remind people to Believe in Good Care.

Another perfect week. Well done and thank you so much.

The office is so relaxed and organised lately and the atmosphere is fantastic.  She wanted to comment on how well the team are working together.

Fejra has been excellent in her care of B , really helpful and supportive, patient and always on time - this is so much appreciated.     Danielle is good, attentive and supportive of B's needs.

I have a particular debt of gratitude to Weymouth dom care who took care of my father for his final years, allowing us 2 years extra quality time with him that we otherwise would not have had.

I am phoning to thank you so much for all the support you are giving to A.  His appearance, his hygiene, his home and the progress he is making is just amazing and its all down to Clare and Matt.  You work so hard with him, you support him more than 100% and the guidance you are giving him is just phenomenal.  He speaks very highly of you and knows you are there to support him no matter what.  Without your continuus hard work A was possibly going to be evicted with his rent arrears and the standard of his home.  The house is spotlessly clean and I know Clare and Matt have given their own time to this to support with his hoarding and he has the confidence in them to reduce this down to just having what is needed.  I feel I have to express my gratitude as the wellbeing officer and I know his sister is highly impressed with your high standard of care.  Keep up the good work guys.

Lovely girls that come in and see B. Just a short letter to say thank you for what you are doing for B.  You are all brilliant and superstars and the care package is going very well.  I am very happy with it.  I love you all.

Thank you doesn’t sound enough for all that everyone did for D.  18 months ago when she came out of Swindon hospital we all thought she wouldn’t recover but, with the hard work of the care team, she did. Hopefully she will enjoy her time at MC where it seems she is settling quite happily.  She now has lots of company and will eventually join in some of the activities - even if it is only singing!  Thank you all once more - especially to Helen who got me through the last day. I couldn't have done it without her

I'd like to say a big 'thank you' for making the Brooke Mead garden party a success.  It really was lovely to see the community coming together in such a happy, inspiring way and everyone was happy!  The music was great and many of us had tears in our eyes at how moving it was.  Its a pleasure to work with you and, without you, this wouldn't have happened in the way it did.  Here's to more activities in the future.

I thought I would write and commend Elaine who has been looking after my daughter D for many months. My daughter is disabled and very untidy.  I have met Elaine on several occasions and watched her work.  She is quick and efficient and doesn’t need to be told what to do.  Apart from the usual help carers give, she has also given D help with sorting her many boxes of books and clothes which came with her from her last address.  This has not been an easy task as D is one of those people who cannot bear to throw anything away so it has needed tact and consideration during the sorting.  D has constant pain and is depressed, but each time Elaine visits her she has felt cheered and comforted.  There is little I can do from this distance, but I thought that at least I could write a letter of appreciation and thanks to you.

The care Mrs B received was first class in a very difficult situation.  A great help to me as well.  I would recommend Agincare to anyone and would use myself if necessary.

I just wanted to drop a note of grateful thanks to the many carers that assisted my dad. I am well aware that dad couldn’t have lived out his last months and weeks in his own home without the work that you all did.  I had time with dad, some good, but that couldn't have happened if he hadn't been here at home.  Its hard to give special recognition to any one individual because all were kind and all were valuable and all were needed. Also a huge thank you to Robin who was here at the end with me, his calmness, professionalism and kindness made a horrible situation bearable for both myself and the other carer with him. We all have many life experiences, some we would choose to forget but, when there is geniune kindness, even the hardest situations are worthy of remembrance.  I wish you all every success both professionally and personally.  Dad always lived each day with a zest for life.  I wish you had known that man.  He would want you all to live enjoying your lives and continuing to bring happiness into your clients' lives.

I would like to say a big thank you to Sharron on the intense way she cares for R. She is outstanding and you should be very proud to have her in your team. We very seldom say thank you. I feel very humble to your team for the work they do.  Thank you.

Thank you for looking after me and all the early morning wake-up calls!

She would like to say that R is a fantastic carer and built up a great relationship with an old man that was hard to respond to.  He looked forward to her visits and the way she cared for dad was fantastic.

Lovely compliment from JB regarding his wife's care.  He said Helen treats S like a queen.

To all the carers who looked after our mother, especially Kelly.  A very big thank you for all their kindness shown.

I was approached by a lady who was complimenting Agincare's services and, in particular, our care worker Diana who looks after B.  The lady who approached me is, I believe, his daughter.

Many, many thanks to you all for your kindness and care and friendship while attending T.  Sorry to lose you all.  Good luck for the future.

To everyone at Agincare.  Thanks for all your help and kindness of the last few years.  I will miss you all.  Just a little note to say I'm truly grateful in every wayI appreciate your kindness and your special touch.  You're always extremely thoughtful.  Thank you so very much.

Thank you for helping me out this evening.  So swift, so efficient. Rosa was a star!  I want to thank you for organising it. Agincare gives platinum service!  Aso, I would like to say how helpful Adrian was - managed the call so professionally.

I wish to record my gratitude for the care given to my wife by your ladies and gentlemen during the last 16 days of her life.  It was of great regret to me that I was no longer able to give her the care she needed (as I had done over the previous decade or so) but that regret was mitigated in large by the tenderness of your staffThe service you gave meant that she could be comfortable and quietly die in her own home, holding my hand as she took her last breath.  That counted for a great deal to me and, I believe, to her.  With many, many thanks.

I don't know how many things I can thank you for in all the time you came to attend to T. Not only for the amazing things that were done for him but also for the kindness and friendship you gave to me.  I really looked forward to you coming.  Some days you were the only friends I spoke toI always speak very highly to all I meet. The work and care you give is amazing .  I was so humbled by the number of you who gave precious time to come to T's funeral. I certainly never expected that and also for the glorious floral display which I brought home - it was too precious to leave there.  Once again, many thanks.

Please pass on the family's thanks for the staff's continued care and support of dad.  Knowing that he's in such safe hands is such a great comfort to the whole family.  Thank you once again.

A good bunch of carers at the moment and very happy with the service that she was receiving from Agincare.

Amy and Catia are both excellent carers.  They are always on time.  Tibor never lets us down.  He does so much for us.

As I said at I's funeral, "He loved you all!" Thank you  for the love and care you gave to him.  We miss him tremendously and we are sure that you do too.

Mrs E wanted us to pass on her sincere thanks to Duncan.  She said the rapport that Duncan has built with Mr E is a joy to see.  He now looks forward to Duncan's visits every morning and refers to him as his mate.  She also wanted to say that his support over the last 2 weeks during a very difficult time is greatly appreciated and she thinks that he is a wonderful carer and a credit to the company.  She also wanted to give Sean a mention too.  She said the days out that Mr E has with Sean are the highlight of his week and he looks forward to them so much.

I leave my post at the end of the month.  It was really lovely to have worked with all of the team at Agincare over this past year.  I think you are all excellent carers who do a wonderful job.

S is extremely happy with Rachel and that she did an exceptional job.  S also said that Rachel is very kind and attentive and made S feel relaxed and at ease with the situation.

Well, what can I say?  Perfection again.  'Thank you so much' hardly seems sufficient, but it really is heartfelt.  Its such a relief to know that Dad's in such capable hands.  Please pass on my sincere and grateful thanks.

She did really appreciate you and liked you.  I thank you for making her life better than it would have been without you.  You gave her stability and she enjoyed your company.  Thank you again on behalf of my brother, me and, of course, our mother.  Thanks again for all you have done and all you continue to do for others.

Mr M wanted to highlight the outstanding care he receives from Agincare in Leominster.  He said: "You have a cracking bunch of staff. Nothing is too much trouble."  He feels him and his wife could never get any better.  The care they receive is faultless. Every member of staff is lovely, including Clare and all the office staff.  "The staff know exactly what they have to do and are always willing to do that little bit more to help my wife and I."

Please convey our grateful thanks to all that have contributed to  the wonderful care of OP for many years.  Few hiccups but overall could not have been better.

I would like to say a big thank you to Tania for going the extra mile.  She picked up R today and took him for his favourite ice cream.  I offered to pay for it but she would not accept any payment so she had paid for the ice cream and took a lovely picture. She is a credit to your staffA massive thank you.

I am writing to express my thanks for the care that was shown to my husband throughout his illness and until he passed away in December.  During the 2 and  half years that Agincare were an integral part of my husband's care, we were fortunate to have Richard allocated as one of my husband's carers.  Having 'virtual strangers' come into your home, particularly when your husband suffers from dementia, can be a very difficult situation to adjust to initially and does take some getting used to.  I am extremely grateful to all 3 of them (Richard, Jonathan and Andrew), but I would like to particularly applaud Richard who, throughout his time with us, provided absolutely outstanding first class care in absolutely every aspect of the meaning 'care'.  I am a great believer that where credit is due it should be given.  I hope I've managed to convey my utmost appreciation and thanks for the outstanding level of care my husband received from Agincare during his illness.

Thank you for the flowers - a lovely surprise.  I can't believe it has been  5 years.  All I can say I have always been very satisfied with the care I have always received from Agincare.  All the carers have always been very friendly and helpful.  Thank you once again. Hope to continue in the future.

I would like to show my appreciation for the care and attention that both Azizah and Sylvie show towards my mum.  I know the job must be exhausting sometimes but they are both so kind to her and really seem to care.  Mum and I want them both to know that they are very well though of.

Thank you for the care and support.

You're a good lass and always very helpful.
